Daily vehicle checks. Our application on the TomTom devices includes a DVSA-compliant vehicle safety check. This allows your drivers to easily complete their necessary checks before setting off for the day. It’s an effortless way to keep a record of when the checks were made and by whom. It even sends a copy of this data to management. The system also allows any vehicle issues to be photographed and sent directly to head office, meaning you waste less time and can sort out problems pronto.

Know you have safe drivers. With great technology comes great distraction - but not with our system. We combine the very best in satellite navigation, traffic information, and driver data to give you a smooth ride every time. The device is fully integrated into the vehicle, meaning you can actively monitor your driver’s entire journey. You can even send messages to your drivers knowing they won’t be distracted - a text-to-speech program reads it out for them.

Reach destinations on time. Our devices contain TomTom Live Traffic which gathers up-to-date information on any upcoming traffic jams. Our innovative traffic solutions to ensure your driver gets to where they need to be faster and safer.

Safety cameras at the front and rear. We use professional-grade, front-facing cameras to protect you from incidents that are out of your drivers’ control. In case there is an accident, all of the high-definition video is stored on the system so you have proof if you need to defend your staff. We’ve seen how this data can save charities from legal action. When the van is put into reverse, the rear camera shows up on the unit, assisting with parking and preventing collisions.

Sign on Glass stock movement. Your stock is always safe. From the moment it’s picked up to when it’s dropped off, you know where it is. It’s signed for at both points, giving you peace of mind. Also, all signing is done digitally on the tablet, so you’re not wasting any paper.

Gift Aid prompt. We know how important Gift Aid is to you. That’s why we’ve integrated it into the tablet. Now it automatically prompts donors to sign up for Gift Aid when you pick up their donation. This information can be emailed straight to your store, your central Gift Aid team, or both. We’ve seen clients more than double their Gift Aid donations with this system so you know it works.

Mobile stock identification. With Gift Aid, it’s important to track all donations from the point of collection. That’s why our vehicles include a mobile printer to print labels with donor IDs. With this technology, Gift Aid capture rates can be as high as 70%, compared with the industry standard of below 30%.
